There are many options when replacing windows and/or doors with Full Quiver Windows and Doors. We make the entire process easy for every one of our customers. Whether you are a Homeowner or a General Contractor, every installation is handled professionally with the upmost craftmanship. Our experienced staff and crew have decades of experience installing windows and/or doors. When you order windows or doors with us, we are who the customer deals with throughout the entire process, we do not subcontract our work. When you make the first step and request an estimate, we will walk through the process over the phone and explain the steps to come which briefly will include:

• Schedule Measurements - The most important part to any job is obtaining accurate and precise measures based on each home we enter. We do not pull stock windows and hope they fit, we measure to the 1/8th of an inch to ensure proper fit and placement to maximize the efficiency of every window we install. Most doors are standard size entry doors with obvious exceptions. This will be confirmed by our measure tech.

• Choose a Style - After measures we can go through your window and/or door style options. You will choose a style window which may be a single or double-hung, sliding, casement, awning, hopper, picture, or special shape (See our windows section for more information on each style.) Our doors vary from Inswing/Outswing, Single or Double Entry, with or without side-lites or transoms, as well as patio sliding and French style doors.

• Select a Model - At Full Quiver, we offer a wide variety of options when it comes to meeting the needs of our customers. From Provia to Andersen, we are certified to sell and install of the manufacturers we offer. Typically, after we confirm measures we can provide an accurate quote for each manufacturer, as well as many upgrades if requested such as grids, double strength glass, color options for inside and out, etc.

• Deposit and Order - After the model and style window and/or door is decided, and measurements are confirmed by one of our measure techs, it will come time to order the window(s) and/or door(s). Depending on each job, a deposit may be required to place the order. The deposit is applied to the total balance and deducted from the final balance. This is variable based on if the job is going to be paid in full at completion or financed. We will have place the order and keep the customer updated on projected manufacturer completion time.

• Schedule Installation - Once we have confirmation on when the windows or doors will be completely manufactured, we can schedule installation. We will work with the customer to choose a date for install; most jobs are completed in a single day with some larger jobs taking a few days to less than a week to complete (Every job is typically different). We ask that all homeowners provide space on the inside and outside, if possible, to allow for a quick and easy install. It is also required to remove all window treatments and brackets prior to install (this can be added to a work order for an additional fee). We will place tarps at each opening to limit debris from damaging anything inside. Then it's time to sit back and watch what we do best. After installation is complete we will clean the work area and remove any debris from the job site. We will go over operation with the customer and allow for customer feedback and questions.

• ​Final Steps - After we ensure complete customer satisfaction, we will typically discuss final payment options or if a financing option is selected we will go over any additional steps needed. Most of installations require no follow-ups or services, but if anything is needed after installation you can call our office and we can schedule a service call.
